Booking cancellation and amendment rules
Our cancellation policy is designed to keep customer changes clear while respecting driver dispatch time.
Cancellation Window
Trips booked through OneDropCab can be cancelled. You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled journey.
Cancellation Fee
There are no cancellation fees unless the taxi has already arrived at the customer location.
If the taxi has already arrived, a one-time cancellation fee of Rs.300 must be paid to the driver.
Booking Modifications
You may modify your planned pickup time, vehicle type, and destination when the request is made at least 8 hours before pickup time.
Changes cannot be made within 8 hours of the scheduled pickup time.
Cab type changes are subject to vehicle availability.
No-Show Policy
If a customer is a no-show and has not informed OneDropCab about schedule changes at least 8 hours before pickup, refunds will not be provided.
